flu shot

Dylan got the second of his two flu shots yesterday. I don't think I will ever not feel just terrible putting him through getting a shot. I think he is starting to wise up about going to the doctor. Even with all the brightly colored characters on the wall, he did start to fuss a little when we entered the room where they weigh him before seeing the doctor. However, once he saw the Nemo poster everything was alright:) Dylan is much more brave about walking now. He used to always reach for someones hand before he ventured out to a new location. Now he will go from thing to thing without reaching for a hand as often. He is still quite cautious at times and I hope he stays that way for as long as possible! He already has four teeth and appears to have 3 or 4 more ready to pop through any day! He certainly has had no trouble ingesting massive amounts of food with just the few teeth he has. We have only found one food he doesn't like and that is asparagus. He absolutely loves bread . . . . and crackers . . . and fruit . . . and, well you get the picture!
